Class of Loan. For purposes of this Agreement, Loans may be classified and referred to by class (“Class”). The “Class” of a Loan refers to whether such Loan is a Revolving Loan or an LC Loan and, when used in reference to any Commitment, refers to whether such Commitment is a Revolving Loan Commitment or a LC Commitment.
