Class Q Shares. (i) As compensation for providing services under this Agreement, the Underwriter shall receive from each Fund service fees under the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan for the Funds adopted under Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act, as that Plan may be amended from time to time and subject to any further limitation on such fees as the Trustees may impose.
