Common use of Class Set Hire Contract Clause in Contracts

Class Set Hire Contract. EMS hire class sets of instruments to Ealing authority maintained schools. Instruments are delivered by EMS to schools at an agreed time. Schools will be invoiced for the hire on an annual basis via Ealing Corporate Collections (WCET/Spark instrument hire is included in the Spark fee). Instruments will be picked up by EMS when the WCET provision finishes. Payment will only cease once the instruments are returned and no refunds will be given.
