Class Year Deliverability Study. An assessment, conducted by the ISO staff in cooperation with Market Participants, to determine whether System Deliverability Upgrades are required for Class Year ▇▇▇▇ Projects under the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard.
Class Year Deliverability Study. An entity may seek to obtain External ▇▇▇▇ Rights for its External Installed Capacity by requesting that its External Installed Capacity be evaluated for deliverability in the Open Class Year. To make such a request an entity must provide to the ISO a completed External ▇▇▇▇ Rights Request stating whether it is making a Contract Commitment or Non-Contract Commitment, the number of MW of External Installed Capacity to be evaluated, and the specific External Interface(s). The first Class Year Deliverability Study to evaluate requests for External ▇▇▇▇ Rights will be that for Class Year 2010. After the ISO receives a completed External ▇▇▇▇ Rights Request, an entity making a Contract Commitment or Non-Contract Commitment that satisfies the requirements of Section 25.7.11.1 of this Attachment S will be eligible to proceed, as follows:

To make such a request an entity must provide to the ISO a completed External CRIS Rights Request stating whether it is making a Contract Commitment or Non-Contract Commitment, the number of MW of External Installed Capacity to be evaluated, and the specific External Interface(s). The first Class Year Deliverability Study to evaluate requests for External CRIS Rights will be that for Class Year 2010. Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study (“Class Year Study”) shall mean a study conducted by the ISO or a third party consultant for the Developer to determine a list of facilities (including Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades as identified in the Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study), the cost of those facilities, and the time required to interconnect the Large Generating Facility or Class Year Transmission Project with the New York State Transmission System or with the Distribution System. The scope of the study is defined in Section 30.8 of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the ISO OATT.

The scope of the study is defined in Section 30.8 of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the NYISO OATT. Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement shall mean the form of agreement contained in Appendix 4 of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the NYISO OATT for conducting the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study.
