Classes Containing Students on IEPs. A. Elementary students who are on IEPS (for other than solely a speech-language disability) must be mainstreamed into a class for at least two (2) hours of the day to be counted as a student in the class. B. If there are two teachers in the classroom on a daily basis, then a total of thirty- two (32) students can be assigned to the classroom before the above provisions go into effect.
