Common use of Classes of Business Reinsured Clause in Contracts

Classes of Business Reinsured. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.

Classes of Business Reinsured. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forthforth herein and in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Contract.

Classes of Business Reinsured. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forthforth herein and in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Contract.

Classes of Business Reinsured. A. By this Contract contract the Company may cede to the Reinsurer agrees and the Reinsurer obligates itself to reinsure accept reinsurance of the excess liability which may accrue to the Company Company’s surplus Liability (as hereinafter defined) under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, . B. The liability of the Reinsurer with respect to each cession hereunder shall commence obligatorily and classified by simultaneously with that of the Company as Property businessCompany, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.
