Common use of Classes of Business Reinsured Clause in Contracts

Classes of Business Reinsured. A. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property business, including but not limited to, Dwelling Fire, Inland Marine, Mobile Home, Commercial and Homeowners business (including any business assumed from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation), subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth. B. Neither the Company nor the Reinsurer shall be liable for premium or loss under this Contract if it would result in a violation of any mandatory sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, United Kingdom or United States of America that are applicable to either party.
