Common use of Classes of Business Reinsured Clause in Contracts

Classes of Business Reinsured. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called "policies") in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Fire and Allied Lines, Homeowners (property perils only), Mobile Homeowners (property perils only), Farmowners (property perils only), Commercial Multiple Peril (property perils only), Businessowners (property perils only), Earthquake, Inland Marine and Automobile Physical Damage (comprehensive coverage only) business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein and in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Contract.
