Classes of Interests; Side Letter Agreements. The Partnership, in the General Partner's sole discretion, may establish additional Classes of Interests and enter into Side Letter Agreements that provide for different or additional terms than those of the Interests described in this Agreement, including by way of example different Management Fee rates, Incentive Allocation rates, information rights and withdrawal rights. The Partnership may establish new Classes of Interests and enter into Side Letter Agreements without providing notice to, or receiving consent from, the Limited Partners. The General Partner may, in its sole discretion, determine the terms of such Classes of Interests and Side Letter Agreements.‌
