CLASSES OF LIMITED PARTNERS AND UNITHOLDERS. There shall be one class of Limited Partner Interests held by the Corporate Limited Partner and, under certain circumstances, by Unitholders who become Investor Limited Partners. Subject to the provisions of Section 9 of this Agreement, a Withdrawn General Partner, or his estate or legal representatives may also be treated as a Limited Partner (but not as an Investor or A-15 Corporate Limited Partner) in respect of any Interest formerly held as a General Partner in the manner specified in Section 9.3(b) hereof.
