Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.1, the right of any Tag Along Holder to include Shares in any Sale in accordance with this Section 4.1 shall be limited to a right to include Shares in such Sale which are of the same Class as the Shares to be included in such Sale by the Prospective Selling Investors, and all determinations under this Section 4.1 shall be made on the basis of the holdings of Shares of the Class of Shares to be included in such Sale by the Prospective Selling Investor (including the Tag Along Sale Percentage).
