For purposes of this Agreement, Revolving Loans may be classified and referred to by Class (e.g., an “Initial Revolving Loan” or an “Additional European Incremental Revolving Facility Revolving Loan”) or by Type (e.g., a “Term SOFR Revolving Loan” or a “XXXXX Xxxx Revolving Loan”) or by Class and Type (e.g., a “Term SOFR Initial Revolving Loan” or a “XXXXX Xxxx Additional European Incremental Revolving Facility Revolving Loan”).
