Classification, Rules and Regulations. The VESSEL, including its machinery, equipment and outfitting shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the rules and under special survey of the Classification Society, in force as of the date of this Contract or which are published on or before the Date of Contract and which are mandatory for the VESSEL on or before the Delivery Date, and shall be distinguished in the register by the symbol of Det Norske Xxxxxxx X0X0, Offshore Service Vessel Supply, XX, X0, ICE-C, DYNPOS-AUTR, NAUT-OSV(A), CLEAN DESIGN, COMF-V(3), COMF- C(3), LFL*, DK(+), HL(+).
