Clause 18. 4(a) shall not apply to provisions of this Agreement designated as Commercially Sensitive Information and listed in Part I of Schedule 15 (Commercially Sensitive Information) to this Agreement which shall, subject to Clause 18.4(g), be kept confidential for the periods specified in that Part.
