Clauses Applicable To All Suppliers. Supplier agrees to fully observe and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders pertaining to the production and sale of the Products ordered, and, upon request Supplier shall furnish HYG certificates of compliance with such laws, rules, regulations, and orders, including, but not limited to: 17.1.1. Fair Labor Standards Act Compliance: Supplier agrees and certifies that the Products to be manufactured or furnished hereunder have been or will be produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7 and 12 of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and those regulations and orders of the U. S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof;
