Clauses continue. Provisions of this Agreement which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination or expiry of the Agreement, including clauses 3.2, 4.2, 6.6, 6.7, 8, 11.4, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 18 of this Agreement, continue in force.
