Clauses Disapplied Clause Samples
The "Clauses Disapplied" provision identifies specific sections or terms within a contract that will not be enforced or will not apply to the agreement. In practice, this clause lists out the particular clauses that are excluded, either because they are not relevant to the current arrangement or because the parties have agreed to override them with alternative terms. By clearly stating which clauses are disapplied, this provision helps prevent confusion or disputes over which contractual obligations are in effect, ensuring that only the intended terms govern the relationship.
