Clauses Surviving Termination. The duties and obligations of the Representative and the terms or conditions of this agreement which are capable of being performed or taking effect after the termination of this agreement will remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding on the Representative, including clauses 4.4, 4.7, 5.12, 5.13, 9, 10, 11.2, 11.3, 13, 14, 15 and 26, despite termination.
