Common use of Clawback, Adjustment or Recoupment Clause in Contracts

Clawback, Adjustment or Recoupment. Incentive Performance Units and related Dividend Equivalents are also subject to rescission, cancellation or recoupment, in whole or in part, if and to the extent so provided under any clawback, adjustment or similar policy of PNC in effect on the Award Grant Date (including PNC’s 2012 Incentive Compensation Adjustment and Clawback Policy) or that may be established thereafter and to any clawback or recoupment that may be required by applicable law or regulation.
