Clean Air Act. For all contracts in excess of $100,000, both parties hereby agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders or requirements issued under section 306 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 1857(h), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection MPHA regulations (40 CFR Part 15).

Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 USC 1352): Contractors that apply or bid for an award exceeding $100,000 must file the required certification. Each tier certifies to the tier above that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. 1352. Each tier must also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the non-Federal award.

The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the City and understands and agrees that the City will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office. Comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 USC § 7401 et seq.; 2. Report each violation to the County. Additionally, the Subrecipient hereby acknowledges that the County shall, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the Federal Awarding Agency and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office; and 3. Include these requirements in each subcontract that exceeds one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) financed in whole, or in part, with federal assistance provided by the Federal Awarding Agency.
