Common use of Clean Air Act Clause in Contracts

Clean Air Act. If this Agreement’s value exceeds one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in value, the Subrecipient agrees to: 1. Comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 USC § 7401 et seq.; 2. Report each violation to the County. Additionally, the Subrecipient hereby acknowledges that the County shall, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the Federal Awarding Agency and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office; and 3. Include these requirements in each subcontract that exceeds one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) financed in whole, or in part, with federal assistance provided by the Federal Awarding Agency.
