Clean Claim. Definition 5 For purposes of this Section 3.5, "clean claim" means a claim that has no defect 6 or impropriety, including any lack of any required substantiating 7 documentation or particular circumstances requiring special treatment that 8 prevents timely payments from being made on the claim under this Section 3.5. 11 North Sound BH-ASO shall be responsible for coordinating with Participating Providers to 12 meet the obligations identified in this Agreement. 13
