Common use of Clean-up by Lessor; Charge against Lessee Clause in Contracts

Clean-up by Lessor; Charge against Lessee. Should Lessee fail to keep the Leased Premises clean and free of hazards, Lessor may, after 30 days written notice, arrange for the clean up of the littered or hazardous area. Such clean up shall be charged to Lessee and be a Lease Payment due under the terms of this Lease.
