Cleaning Complaints. If a cleaning complaint cannot be resolved and cleaning procedures do not meet Pataskala’s cleaning standards, there will be a deduction from the monthly invoice at the discretion of the City Administrator or designee. The City Administrator or designee will contact the cleaning successful bidder with the pertinent information and he will be given sufficient time to resolve any issues.
