Cleaning/Provided by Tenant. Tenant, at Tenant’s sole and exclusive cost and expense, shall cause the Premises to be kept clean in a manner satisfactory to Landlord and no one other than persons reasonably approved by Landlord shall be permitted to enter the Premises or the Building for such purpose. In addition, Tenant shall. at its own cost and expense, clean and remove all garbage, waste, rubbish and refuse from the Premises and the Building in accordance with such rules and regulations Landlord deems reasonably necessary or desirable for the proper operation of the Building.
