Other than the interest created by this Agreement, the Pledgor represents that it is the sole owner of the Collateral, having good and marketable title thereto, free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances, claims, or rights of others created by any acts or omissions of Pledgor, except for the security interest granted to Holder.
