CLEARING SYSTEM CERTIFICATES. The Issuer and the Note Trustee may call for and shall be at liberty to accept and place full reliance on as sufficient evidence thereof a certificate or letter or confirmation signed on behalf of DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg or any form of record made by any of them to the effect that at any particular time or throughout any particular period any particular person is, was, or will be, shown in its records as entitled to a particular interest in a Global Note.
