Common use of CLEC Certification Clause in Contracts

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI agrees to provide XxxxXxxxx in writing CCI’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI XXXXXX agrees to provide XxxxXxxxx in writing CCI’s EPICUS’ CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI Xxxxxxx agrees to provide XxxxXxxxx in writing CCIKnology’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
