Common use of CLEC Certification Clause in Contracts

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro Teleconnect’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro Teleconnect’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro Teleconnect’s Xxxxxxxx’x CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro Teleconnect’s Xxxxxxxx’x certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Xxxxxxxx shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro TeleconnectUniversal Telecom, Inc’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectUniversal Telecom, Inc’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Universal Telecom, Inc shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

Metro Teleconnect Fast Phones will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Fast Phones may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectFast Phones’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Fast Phones shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

Metro Teleconnect CloseCall will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect CloseCall may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectCloseCall’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect CloseCall shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

Metro Teleconnect TWTC will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect TWTC may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectTWTC’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect TWTC shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro TeleconnectEasy Telephone’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectEasy Telephone’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and or BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Easy Telephone shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect Telecable agrees to provide BellSouth XxxxXxxxx in writing Metro TeleconnectTelecable’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect Telecable is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect Telecable may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect Telecable will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Telecable may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectTelecable’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately in such state and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices for services provided in such state shall become due, and or BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Telecable shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect Express Paging agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro TeleconnectExpress Paging’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect Express Paging is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect Express Paging may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect Express Paging will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect Express Paging may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectExpress Paging’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect Express Paging shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect BCN agrees to provide BellSouth XxxxXxxxx in writing Metro TeleconnectBCN’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect BCN is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect BCN may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect BCN will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect BCN may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectBCN’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect BCN shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

Metro Teleconnect AM-TEL will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect AM-TEL may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectAM-TEL’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect AM-TEL shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro TeleconnectAmerican Telecharge’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectAmerican Telecharge’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, and BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect American Telecharge shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Metro TeleconnectTeraBlue’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue may not purchase services hereunder in that state. Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement and upon receipt thereof, Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue may thereafter purchase services pursuant to this Agreement in that state. BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.3 Should Metro TeleconnectTeraBlue’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, BellSouth may, at its election, suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices for services provided shall become due, and or BellSouth may refuse to provide services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state, provided such notification is made prior to expiration of the initial term of this Agreement. Metro Teleconnect TeraBlue shall provide an effective certification to do business issued by the secretary of state or equivalent authority in each state covered by this Agreement.
