Clerical Ergonomic Requirements. For EMS Schedulers, Pre-Billers, Senior Office Administrators, System Status Controllers, the Employer shall provide the following: 1. When replacement is required, the Employer will provide chairs that are adjustable in height and in the angle of the back support as well as the height and width of armrests; and 2. When replacement is required, the Employer will provide workstations that allow independent adjustment of the keyboard height, screen height and positions.
