The Development Owner shall notify the Authority (i) of any change in the status or role of such nonprofit organization with respect to the Development and (ii) if such nonprofit organization is proposed to be replaced by a different qualified nonprofit organization. Throughout the term of this AGREEMENT, unless otherwise permitted by the Authority, the Development Owner has contracted for the provision of the following special supportive services that would not be otherwise available free of charge to the occupants of the Development:
