Click-Through Discrepancies. Google acknowledges that Customer will concurrently track and maintain statistics regarding Click-Throughs based on its good-faith records (“Customer Click-Through Report”) and that, at Customer’s request, Google and Customer will meet in person or by telephone (or other mutually acceptable method) within ***** of the Launch Date (and by mutual agreement thereafter) to review any discrepancies between the Google Report(s) and the Customer Click-Through Report(s) and to negotiate in the good faith an aquitable resolution if such discrepancy exceeds *****.
