Click-Wrap Agreements Clause Samples

A Click-Wrap Agreement is a type of contract formed when a user indicates acceptance of terms and conditions by clicking a button or checking a box on a website or software interface. This clause typically applies to online services, software downloads, or e-commerce platforms, where users must affirmatively agree to the terms before proceeding with access or purchase. Its core practical function is to ensure that users are legally bound by the terms of service or license agreements, providing clear evidence of consent and helping businesses enforce their contractual rights in a digital environment.
