Client Acknowledgements of Risk and Consents. The Private Investor unreservedly acknowledges and accepts that: a) trading in CFDs is not suitable for all members of the public and the Private Investor runs a great risk of incurring losses and damages as a result of trading in CFDs and accepts and declares that he is willing to undertake this risk. The damages may include loss of all his money and also any additional commissions and other expenses.
