Client Content On Sample Clauses

Client Content On termination of the term of this agreement for any reason ETI will allow the Client to download and remove any Client Content from the server or on the Client Website within 5 days of such termination, and thereafter ETI will be deemed to be authorized by the Client to remove and dispose of any remaining Client Content.
