Common use of Client Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Client Due Diligence. Finst is legally required to perform the Client Due Diligence, both before and during the provision of its services to Client. Client gives Finst explicit consent to conduct Client Due Diligence. At the earliest request of Xxxxx, Client will provide the cooperation requested by Finst in relation to Client Diligence. Client will provide the requested documents and information and truthfully answer the questions asked by Xxxxx.
