Client Partners. If necessary to support TNTP’s Services, Client grants TNTP permission to share the de-identified Data with third party researchers, evaluators, partners, and funders.
Client Partners. The Client grants TNTP permission to share Client data incorporated in the Work and the ICI results with Third Party Researchers or Funders designated by the Client upon receiving written permission (including permission through electronic mail) from the Client.
Client Partners. CLIENT shall make each CLIENT Partner aware of any rights and obligations that are applicable to such CLIENT Partner under this Agreement with respect to a Program implemented by FiCentive for such CLIENT Partner. CLIENT shall be responsible for ensuring and enforcing that CLIENT Partners are acting in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
