Client User Acceptance Test (UAT) Coordinators. Client will provide UAT coordinators with appropriate experience, business unit knowledge and process knowledge of the existing and required Client business environment (the “User Acceptance Test Coordinators”). The responsibilities of the Client User Acceptance Test Coordinators are set forth in Section 11.0 below.
