Client Warranties. 44. The Client warrants that the Client is the beneficial owner (or the duly authorized agent of the beneficial owner) of the whole of the Portfolio free from all liens, charges, encumbrances and restrictions on transfer except insofar as advised by the Client to JOHP, and will so remain during the currency of this Agreement.
