Client's Continuing Obligations Clause Samples

Client's Continuing Obligations. Notwithstanding the suspension or termination of any of the Company's services or the Agreement, the Client shall continue to be bound by the provisions of the Agreement to the extent that they relate to any obligations or liabilities which remain to be performed or discharged. Termination shall not terminate or affect any warranties, promises, statements, declarations, commitments, and indemnities made by the Client under the Agreement or in relation to any Investment Product.
