Clients/Customers Clause Samples

The 'Clients/Customers' clause defines who is considered a client or customer under the agreement and outlines their rights and responsibilities. Typically, this clause specifies the criteria for being recognized as a client, such as entering into a contract or purchasing services, and may detail obligations like payment terms or conduct expectations. Its core function is to clearly identify the parties to whom the agreement applies, ensuring both sides understand their relationship and the scope of their respective duties.
