Common use of Client's Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Client's Indemnities. X. Xxxx Engineering agrees and acknowledges that that under the Constitution and the laws of the State of Texas, Client cannot enter into an agreement whereby Client agrees to indemnify or hold harmless any other party, including but not limited to Xxxx Engineering; therefore, all references of any kind to Client indemnifying, holding or saving harmless any other party, including but not limited to Xxxx Engineering for any reason whatsoever are hereby deemed void and deleted.
