Clients Served. CONTRACTOR shall provide acute psychiatric inpatient services to Orange County Medi-Cal beneficiaries living with serious and persistent mental health issues, serious emotional disturbance and those who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis requiring immediate stabilization.

Clients Served. Individuals who participate in the nutrition program are at least 60 years of age. In accordance with California Code of Regulations Division of Aging (CCR-DA) the following requirement will be used to determine eligibility of congregate meals: any older individual, the spouse of any older individual; a person with a disability, under the age of sixty (60) who resides in housing facilities occupied primarily by older individuals; and, a disabled individual who resides at home with and accompanies an older individual who participates in the breakfast, lunch and dinner Nutrition Program. Each congregate is given the opportunity to voluntarily contribute toward the cost of the meal, without prejudice, which is done in a private and confidential manner. Any client that does not contribute toward the cost of the services received shall not be denied service. BSC has established appropriate procedures to safeguard and account for all contributions. These collected contributions will be used to expand the services for which the contributions were given to supplement funds received under Title III. Bakersfield Senior Center serves clients that are seniors, elderly, homeless, and disabled person who are low income with an average age of seventy-five (75). Approximately sixty percent (60%) of the clients who participate in the congregate nutrition program are physically and/or mentally challenged. UNIT MEASUREMENT OF SERVICE Units of Service: One Meal
Clients Served. It is anticipated that 10 women per year will be served through this LMA initiative.
Clients Served. Provider shall be reimbursed for the number of clients served identified in Attachment A. Should Provider serve less than the budgeted number of Members and families per month, Provider’s reimbursement shall be adjusted in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Attachment A.

  • Consultants’ Services All consultants’ services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Sections I and IV of the Consultant Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • Grades Served The School may serve students in grades K-8.

  • Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • For Cause For a material breach that remains uncured for more than thirty calendar days or other specified period after written notice to the Contractor, the Contract or Purchase Order may be terminated by the Commissioner or Authorized User respectively, at the Contractor’s expense where Contractor becomes unable or incapable of performing, or meeting any requirements or qualifications set forth in the Contract, or for non-performance, or upon a determination that Contractor is non-responsible. Such termination shall be upon written notice to the Contractor. In such event, the Commissioner or Authorized User may complete the contractual requirements in any manner it may deem advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.

  • Involuntary Termination “Involuntary Termination” shall mean (i) without the Employee’s express written consent, the significant reduction of the Employee’s duties or responsibilities relative to the Employee’s duties or responsibilities in effect immediately prior to such reduction; provided, however, that a reduction in duties or responsibilities solely by virtue of the Company being acquired and made part of a larger entity (as, for example, when the Chief Financial Officer of Company remains as such following a Change of Control and is not made the Chief Financial Officer of the acquiring corporation) shall not constitute an “Involuntary Termination”; (ii) without the Employee’s express written consent, a substantial reduction, without good business reasons, of the facilities and perquisites (including office space and location) available to the Employee immediately prior to such reduction; (iii) without the Employee’s express written consent, a material reduction by the Company in the Base Compensation or Target Incentive of the Employee as in effect immediately prior to such reduction, or the ineligibility of the Employee to continue to participate in any long-term incentive plan of the Company; (iv) a material reduction by the Company in the kind or level of employee benefits to which the Employee is entitled immediately prior to such reduction with the result that the Employee’s overall benefits package is significantly reduced; (v) the relocation of the Employee to a facility or a location more than 50 miles from the Employee’s then present location, without the Employee’s express written consent; (vi) any purported termination of the Employee by the Company which is not effected for death or Disability or for Cause; or (vii) the failure of the Company to obtain the assumption of this agreement by any successors contemplated in Section 10 below.
