Clinical Development Reports. During the course of clinical development of Licensed Products and clinical studies conducted by Connetics hereunder, Connetics shall submit to Genentech the reports listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein. Connetics shall submit such reports to Genentech as promptly as reasonably practicable after such reports are completed or such applicable information is available.
