Clinical responsibilities. 2.1 On admission, explains procedures/operations to patient and orders investigations as necessary. Assists with medical procedures/operations, as required. 2.2 Carries out procedures within their capabilities or with senior supervision if required, e.g. venepuncture, sutures, CVC line insertion, etc. 2.3 Organises requests for pathology, radiology and other investigations. 2.4 Communicates and co-ordinates within a multi-disciplinary team in regards to management plans, drug prescriptions, diagnostic requests, consultations and discharge plans which will be reviewed daily. 2.5 Completes documentation as appropriate including Notifiable Disease forms, adverse drug reaction reports, patient notes and correspondence with the General Practitioner and/or referring doctor. 2.6 Participates in unit and hospital meetings, grand rounds, clinical reviews, pathology/radiology meetings; prepares case presentations for departmental meetings; and attends RMO training lectures. 2.7 Seeks assistance from their Clinical Supervisor if uncertain about any aspect of their clinical work.
Clinical responsibilities. 8.1 The Customer represents and warrants to the Supplier that: 8.1.1 it has in place at the date of this Agreement, and shall maintain for the term of this Agreement, all applicable licences and consents as may be required to deliver any clinical services to its patients; 8.1.2 it shall act in accordance with all applicable law and regulation in carrying out its obligations under this agreement and in using the Software and any Documentation and or Deliverables. 8.2 The Customer acknowledges that the Software is designed and provided as an aid to the carrying on of clinical practice only, accordingly: 8.2.1 all clinical decisions whether in relation to diagnosis, treatment, clinical governance or otherwise are the sole responsibility of the Customer; 8.2.2 it is the Customer’s responsibility to assess whether the Software and any outputs of the Software are fit for any clinical purpose to which the Customer may seek to apply them; and 8.2.3 the Supplier shall have no liability in relation to any acts or omissions of the Customer in relation to the Customer’s patients or otherwise in relation to any clinical decisions of the Customer.

Provides Physiotherapy services at a high level of specialised practice in the Intensive Care Unit through comprehensive patient screening, assessment, intervention and case management using advanced clinical practice and interdisciplinary skills. 1.2. Advises, consults and liaises with other professional staff, hospital and community agencies on clinical matters relating to case management in the Intensive Care Unit. 1.4. Supervises students in approved clinical teaching and fieldwork programs as required. 1.5. Participates in a weekend inpatient roster as requested.
Clinical responsibilities. 50 2.1 Undertakes the duties of a Consultant Psychiatrist as specified in the WA Mental Health Act 2014. 2.2 Assumes accountability for the clinical care provided to consumers admitted under their care. 2.3 When providing direct treatment, assesses, diagnoses and manages the care of individuals’ mental illness, associated comorbid physical disorders, and psychosocial needs. Assesses and manages risk. 2.4 Conducts regular clinical reviews of the consumers under their care. 2.5 Involves consumers and carers in planning their individual care. 2.6 Maintains timely, detailed and legible patient records. 2.7 Actively participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), and actively promotes MDT working within the service. 2.8 Ensures familiarity with, and works within, relevant legislation and policy. 2.9 Liaises and consults with colleagues and relevant external agencies regarding client management and discharge plans. 2.10 Ensures safe handover of care on discharge from the unit. 2.11 Holds overall responsibility for the timely and accurate completion of medical discharge summaries within the set timescales. 2.12 Collaborates with and advises the Clinical Director on clinical and organisational governance issues affecting the unit. 2.13 Advises and assists with new referrals, including emergencies, as required, including supporting the psychiatric liaison service if required. 2.14 Provides cover for consultant colleagues for short term or unplanned leave. 2.15 Undertakes clinical shifts at the direction of the Head of Department, including participation in the after-hours and weekend on call roster as rostered.
Clinical responsibilities. 1.1 Provides specialist Physiotherapy services in the Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health area through comprehensive patient screening and assessment, intervention and case management using advanced clinical practice and interdisciplinary skills. 1.2 Advises, consults and liaises with other professional staff, hospital and community agencies on clinical matters relating to case management in the area of specialty 1.3 Supervises students in approved clinical teaching and fieldwork programs as required. 1.4 Maintains patient records, including preparation of progress and final reports and maintains treatment statistics and related documentation. 1.5 Maintains close clinical liaison with the Musculo-Outpatient Physiotherapy Team 1.6 Participates in a weekend inpatient roster as requested.
