Clip Exchange Arrangements. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, each party acknowledges and agrees that the other party may continue to participate in customary Clip Exchange Arrangements and that neither party shall be in breach of this Agreement merely on the basis of participation therein. For the avoidance of doubt, such Clip Exchange Agreements (and the license of any Audiovisual Content thereunder) shall not be subject to approval under Section 4.2.
