Common use of CLOSED COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CLOSED COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement states the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement, other than terms and conditions applying under relevant Commonwealth laws.
