Common use of Closing Agreements Clause in Contracts

Closing Agreements. At or after the Closing, as applicable, the Parties shall execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such other instruments or documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to comply with the terms hereof.
