Closing Certificates of the Seller. The Buyer shall have received a certificate signed by a duly authorized officer on behalf of the Seller and DQE, dated the Closing Date, to the effect that the conditions set forth in Section 7.2(a) and Section 7.2(b) have been satisfied.
