Common use of CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS Clause in Contracts

CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS. Seller shall pay the cost of any documentary stamp taxes, transfer taxes or similar taxes applicable to the sale of the Property. Buyer shall pay the premium for the Title Policy, including premiums for any extended coverage policy of title insurance, inspection and survey costs, and the cost of any endorsements to the Title Policy. Recording fees and all other costs and charges of the escrow for the sale shall be paid in the manner customary for the county in which the Property is located or, if there is no custom, shall be split equally between Buyer and Seller.
